To mark this special milestone, we are planning a\u00a0<strong>40th Anniversary Arena Bonspiel<\/strong>\u00a0in April 2027.<\/p>\n<p>The bonspiel will take place\u00a0<strong>April 1\u20134, 2027<\/strong>, and will feature\u00a0<strong>seven sheets of ice, including four arena sheets<\/strong>. We anticipate welcoming approximately\u00a0<strong>200 participants<\/strong>\u00a0and more than\u00a0<strong>300 guests<\/strong>\u00a0to our celebration banquet on the evening of\u00a0<strong>April 3rd<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>This exciting event will bring together curlers, families, volunteers, alumni, and community members from Chestermere and the surrounding area. Tie games will go to an extra end.<\/li>\n<li>We are following Canadian Curling Rules; the 5-rock free guard zone rule is in effect.<\/li>\n<li>Each team must register with 4 curlers. Spares may play any position other than SKIP and cannot be from any other team registered in the bonspiel.<\/li>\n<li>If you lose a player part way through a game, you must finish with 3 curlers. You cannot bring in a spare part way through a game.<\/li>\n<li>Player rotation may change for each new game, BUT NOT DURING A GAME.<\/li>\n<li>For any discrepancies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact a member of the curling executive for a final ruling.<\/li>\n<li>Cash prize payouts will depend on the number of teams entered.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #c0a268;\">Photo
